The conference will be delivered in English and Vietnamese with simultaneous translation throughout the program.
Yes. You may register for both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City events. Each requires a separate registration.

Click the registration links on this page. Only one person is allowed to register per transaction. You will be required to enter your SCAN Factory ID when registering. A confirmation email will be sent once your participation has been secured.
Yes. Participation is limited, and registrations are accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Once all seats are full, registration will be closed and you can email us (fabiolamontesdeoca@scanassociation.org) to be added to the waitlist in case spots open up.
Refunds can be requested via a written email to fabiolamontesdeoca@scanassociation.org Cancellations made on or before February 24 are eligible for refund processing. No refunds will be provided after February 24.
