Member Responsibilities

To enhance and maintain member benefits for all, it is imperative for all SCAN members to participate in the following activities:

 

  • Uploading business partners to the SCAN repository/portal for potential locations and report sharing
  • Participating in SCAN Open Members Meetings
  • Volunteering for a SCAN Association committee (with only a few hours of time committed per month)
  • Participating in SCAN audit report reviews (one report per staff member per quarter, achieving 2 – 3 hours per quarter)
  • Additionally, it is essential to review all business partners linked to you in the repository/portal at least once a year, confirming the validity and updating all partner contacts if needed
  • Participating in at least one “Immersive Audit” for a factory associated with you
